In Menu  'Tools -> Options -> LibO -> General'
  'Enable experimental Features'
  'Enable Macro Recording'
are shown in section "Year (2 digits)"

These features should get their own section "Optional features"

Yeah I'll assign it to myself. The issue here is the space available and it's related to another bug I'm working on: FDO: 40656: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40656

I need some input on where to move the measurement units to. Currently they are split per package in the "general section" and we want to get them Suite Wide. The general/misc section of the top LibreOffice tree is already overcrowded. If you have an opinion on this please post either here or on 40656. My immediate thought is move Help section out of general to new tab "Help Options" or some similarly named tab, then move everything up in general, add measurement units to general tab before experimental features then add a line for a header for experimental features. 

I worked on this a bit yesterday and adding this to what I'm doing isn't a big deal.
