What do you call a Formula field? * a formula object (menu Insert / Object / Formula ) * or a field computing an expression (obtained by hitting F2) In the first case, you can already add captions on those objects. In the second case you need to precise your needs and give some use cases as these fields are normally used only as some bits of text. In all cases, you can handle captions using frames and sequence fields. I'm closing this as not a bug, as it's already possible to insert captions in both cases. Feel free to reopen if there is something I missed. |
