Theme included inside this .tar.gz

Scrollbars look ugly with themes such as Orta.

The Orta theme is available from:

http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Orta?content=134123

Just install in Gnome by dragging and dropping Orta.tar.gz on the themes window.

I wonder if this is the same as or fixed by bug 32186

Fixed on master. Theme doesn't have scrollbar arrows which leads up down a sad path.
