Steps (steps 3-6 are optional):
1. Open Writer
2. Insert a shape
3. Insert an image
4. Insert a chart
5. Insert a formula
6. Insert a text box
7. Insert a fontwork

Result: in step 2 to 6, objects are always inserted above everything else.
In step 7, fontwork is inserted below everything.

Expected: fontwork should respect the general top-of-z-order-by-recency rule.
