Description:
After creating a document, I cannot save it as a PDF.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new documet
2.When saving the document, save it as another file format
3.Look for PDF

Actual Results:
There is no button to save the document as a PDF

Expected Results:
To save the document as a PDF

1. There must be a PDF export button on the toolbar.
2. There should be File->Export->Export as PDF menu item.

Please provide a screenshot of your user interface with File->Export menu expanded.

Saving a document will create create an editable document.
PDF isn't editable. So the file has to be exported to PDF.
Look for File → Export as…
and you will find the export to PDF.

There is usually a way to export the desired document as a PDF under File -> Export. There is also an icon in the toolbar for direct exporting to PDF format.
