All components of 24.2.0.3 crash on KDE while starting with

/opt/libreoffice24.2/program/soffice.bin: symbol lookup error: /opt/libreoffice24.2/program/libvclplug_qt5lo.so: undefined symbol: _ZNK7QWidget6screenEv, version Qt_5

but start with a different VCL e.g. SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen. 7.6 was fine.

Thank you for the report.

Starting with 24.2, and because of our build baseline update, the minimum Qt version in 5.15 (ir running with the qt5 or kf5 VCL plugins). It is mentioned in the release notes: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/24.2#Platform_Compatibility

Closing as "not a bug".
