Description:
This is an enhancement request:

I use the BOOKMARKing function constantly for navigating large documents.
When I have the bookmark window open - this is the pop up window which lists all the bookmarks by page number or alphabetically by bookmark name - it must be closed and opened each time. This workflow slows users.

I would prefer the bookmark window to go to the background when I click on my document. To bring it back up, the bookmarking window could be alt-tabbed or maximized from the lower tool bar.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a document or create a new one.
2.Open the Bookmark pop-up by clicking the Bookmark icon or INSERT/Bookmark
3.Bookmark opens.
4.Bookmark window will prevent working on the Document below until it is dismissed by clicking the X in the upper right had corner.

Why not use the Bookmarks category provided in the Navigator <F11> or <Alt>+4 (not numpad 4), coupled with assigning a keyboard shortcut to the .uno:InsertBookmark (set from Tools -> Customize -> Keyboard tab) to open the dialog efficiently when needing to set a new bookmark?

Workflow seems much more effective than using the pop-up dialog alone to work with bookmarks.

While finding a minimized non-modal dialog as suggested has usability issues in itself.
