Description:
Calc shortcut keys are incorrect on certain regional help pages.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open South Africa Help Page.

Actual Results:
2. Function Keys Used in Spreadsheets
   Alt+Shift+Arrow Key | Increases the width of the current column.
   Alt+Shift+Arrow Key | Decreases the width of the current column.

Expected Results:

   Alt+Right Arrow | Increases the width of the current column.
   Alt+Left Arrow | Decreases the width of the current column.

It is not a translation error, but rather a bug in the "Shortcut Keys" column.
There are many other shortcut key errors.

We have selected the "South African" language for clarity of explanation, but the problem can also be observed in the following other languages.
Japanese, Korean, Macedonian

Since keyboards and shortcuts may vary between countries, it's quite tricky.
Now I confirm there's a pb if the same shortcut is used for several commands.

If in South Africa the keyboard is the same type as in USA, we can just remove the translations.

Variations on shortcuts (contents) in localized Help pages may exist at translator discretion.

Resetting to "Localization"
