The Position and Size dialog

When I move a line, Position X and Width are updated, but Position Y doesn't change and is wrong.

To reproduce:
a) Draw a line
b) Open the Properties panel and look at Position and Size
c) Move the line

Expected behavior:
Position X and Position Y show the current position. Editing these fields will move the line to the specified place.

Observed behavior:
Position X is updated. Width is updated if I change the width. But Position Y is stuck at 155.39 mm.

This bug seems very strange. I've never had a problem with the position before.
