Description:
If i add a row to the end of a table using the toolbar, the formatting applied to the now last two rows is correct; but if i simply use tab to move from the last cell, the formatting is different and not correct. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.position cursor in any cell in the last row of a table
2.tab through cells in last row
3.row is added to table

Actual Results:
formatting of last row is not correct

Expected Results:
using add row below and tabbing should produce same result
