Description:
When I go to Tools | Language | For selection> ... and try to pick a language for text that is written in Hebrew, that language is not an option in the list, even though Hebrew has its own alphabet and I am using a font that is specifically developed to write Hebrew. It defaults to Hindi. For some reason I am able to set Hebrew as the language in other instances. Perhaps it is for all text that it does work. To my knowledge this is a long-standing feature.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a Writer document
2.Copy and paste Hebrew text from a webpage
3.Select a block of text
4.Set the font to Ezra SIL, a Hebrew font.
5.Attempt to set the language as Hebrew

Note: This sequence of steps is not exact. If an item is not in the LO menu, any sequence of steps will fail to find it.

Actual Results:
Language defaults to Hindi. Hebrew or עברית is not one of the languages in the (very long) list. I have seen this feature for many years.

Expected Results:
Hebrew would be one of the languages in the list and I could set the language for the selection as Hebrew.
