Open the document - first without macros enabled by default, then with security warning

Open the attached database.
There is a macro (only message box), which shows the macro has been executed.
This macro has been connected to
Tools → Customize → Open Document
and to
Tools → Customize → View Created
So the message box should appear 2 times.

Now open the same file in a folder the security warning should appear before executing macros.
Open the document and press "Enable Macros".
Only one message box will appear.
Tools → Customize → View Created
won't happen when security warning has appeared.

Expected behavior: If I press "Enable Macros" all events should happen and all macros should been executed.

This behavior appears with LO 7.4.7.2, also with LO 7.5.4.2 on OpenSUSE 15.4 64bit rpm Linux.
Might be it is a very old bug, haven't tested with older versions.
