1. missing space after : in first line.

2. Shouldn't "Text Formatting Bar" should be "Outline Bar"

3. "upper outline level" and "lower levels" needs to be clarified

4. More generally, the help does not explain the operations of the Outline Bar adequately.  I am not familiar with these features, but it seems that moving a "upper" (title) (level 1) item down results in its slide being destroyed. Similarly, moving an item up to level 1 "creates" a new slide.  If that is the expected behavior, then it should be mentioned clearly in the help. 

5. Maybe there are other features/actions that are possible/useful here?  If there is already a "guide" page, then could be linked in a related topics section, or the help page should be elaborated to explain the possible actions/operations in this View - Outline mode.
