Do you known the option for Menu/Tools/Options/Load/Save/General - Save AutoRecovery information every ... https://help.libreoffice.org/7.6/en-US/text/shared/optionen/01010200.html?&DbPAR=WRITER&System=WIN Yes, I am familiar with these options. Thank you for looking at my suggestion. Its a small convenience for a peace of mind. I am sure you have real bugs to address. Addendum: There is an unrelated issue. I always save my documents though I use a auto shutdown. I often see that the Document Recovery is "executed" though no such measure is required. Maybe because LibreOffice it's not closed properly with files opened, and perhaps some change force recovery. Yes, I do save any changes to a file, but the LibreCalc is open. I do a taskkill to close the application because I a proper way to auto close the application. The recover file option doesn't always pop up. It seems to occur when the file is changed and saved, not always but sometimes. Thanks for the idea. |
