Description:
The Installation program says it can't remove the "old" version. I searched the registry - it completes without finding any reference to 'libre'! What's going on?

Please send instructions on "how to attach a file or photo."

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Double-click on the *.msi file
2.follow the 'on-screen' prompts
3.

Actual Results:
No Installation!

Expected Results:
Installation!

A 'screen shot' (actually a 'snip')

Here's a snip of what I encounter. I get this every time I try to install. I've also done a registry search for 'libre' and it doesn't "find" anything! Help!
