This is NOT a duplicate of 37134. The screenshots clearly show Calc and Impress being tabs for different documents. (Same file prefix, different file extensions.) The screenshots are asking to be able to open Writer, Calc, and Impress under the parent application.

That is different than Writer having one tab per document. 37134

It is also different than having one tab per section/division within a single Writer document. 33173

Neither of those indicate having completely different applications under the tabs.

There is only one application--soffice.bin, each TAB of an MDI implementation would respond to the ODF document type and reconfigure the UI to follow the type.

I was reviewing and it is not a duplicate of that error, since what I am proposing for higher versions is some concepts of interface improvements.

-tabbed interface
-unique interface (improved)

-tabbed interface

-interface with tabs: that several files can be opened in a single application, (like in a browser, that pages are opened in a single window, through tabs)

-unique interface (improved): improvements in the layout of interface menus

this is issue of bug 37134, doing an MDI "multi-document interface"

otherwise nothing new or substantive in the mock-ups

Well yes friend, but my concepts are better designed and are in the LibreOffice interface itself, not in other programs. mine is easier to understand.
You shouldn't just dismiss it out of the blue.

Michael had already shared the concepts in Bug 152502, in which I explained the two ideas should not be lumped into one single report.

Furthermore, I already agreed with Mario and Stuart that the tabbed documents idea is already discussed in bug 37134, and encouraged Michael to share the pictures there. As Stuart explained, the topic is close enough to not open another ticket about it.

Finally, about the "concepto único" concept, this relates to client-side decorations, which has been considered a "won't fix" in bug 113388.

So please share these as attachments in bug 37134, where the conversation about a multiple-document interface should continue.
