Calc Sidebar's Border Line

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change icon theme to Sifr
2. Open Calc, see the border lines in Sidebar's Cell Appearance of Properties deck
3. Select multiple cells and and change border e.g. to All Borders from the sidebar
4. See the border lines updates
