i have to delete every formatting in order to enter new content without Small Caps.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.format a text (one or more words) as Small Caps in a table cell
2.add a new row in the table
3.try to write some words: they are formatted as Small Caps

Actual Results:
the exact contrary

Expected Results:
Small Caps are not allowed to control a table cell

Reproducible: Always

Additional Info:

I confirm the described behaviour (if you add row below or above it takes formatting of the existing row), but since this is the case for every formatting, I'm sure, that is is the expected behavour.
