Description:
Clicking the "Help" button on the Data Source selection dialog when setting up a new ODBC connection in Base sends the user to:

https://help.libreoffice.org/7.5/en-US/text/shared/05/err_html.html?System=WIN&DbPAR=WRITER&HID=dbaccess/ui/choosedatasourcedialog/dialog-action_area1

Which says "Could not find Help page"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch LO and then launch Base
2. Select "Connect to an existing database" and select "ODBC" in the dropdown
3. Click Next, then click "Browse..."
4. Click the Help button in the Data Source window, then click "Read Help Online"
5. Observe redirection to webpage with page that says "Could not find Help page"

Actual Results:
Sent to webpage without helpful content

Expected Results:
Redirection to helpful webpage after clicking Help button on Data Sources window.

Could confirm the buggy behavior for LO 7.4.0.1, OpenSUSE 15.3 64bit rpm Linux.

Think "Documentation" instead of "Base" must be chosen as component.
