Description Dan Dascalescu 2022-05-16 14:46:30 UTC
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/appimage/ explains the differences between Basic and Full, but not between "fresh" and "still".

The URLs both contain "stable" in the path, so I can't really tell what I'm downloading.

https://libreoffice.soluzioniopen.com/stable/fresh/LibreOffice-fresh.basic-x86_64.AppImage
https://libreoffice.soluzioniopen.com/stable/still/LibreOffice-still.basic-x86_64.AppImage

There's also no version number anywhere in the URL.

FTR, possibly as a source of the information: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan explains that. Also https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/LOWN/4#The_Mature_branch_becomes_Still._Still.2C_what.3F

OTOH, it seems that the Fresh/Still is no more used on the main download page anymore. Marketing change?

Dan, I hope Mike's links have answered your question. In the future please, consider using resources other than this "Bug" reporting such as:

Thank you!

Scott, my report wasn't as much as request for help, but a bug to update https://www.libreoffice.org/download/appimage/ to explain *for all subsequent users* what those download types are.
