On the table, Right-click - Table properties - Text Flow - Clear 'Break' Oh I see. Is it a bug that I can't insert a page break within a table? In Microsoft Word, the table will be broken into two and the page break will be added between them, which is the desired outcome. Can you attach a sample done with word? OK. I uploaded a sample done with Word. I see the same under LibreOffice and Word. There are two tables, one per page. Insert a page break within a table behaves differently in Word and LibreOffice. In Microsoft Word, the table will be split into two and the page break will be added between them. In LibreOffice, you can't really split a table with page break. The page break will be added just before the table. I think the Microsoft Word's behavior makes more sense for me. |
