Following bug#148971 (Accessibility checker dialog should be non-modal) it is important to add a "Re-scan" button to run the a11y checker again after user start fixing the checker results.

It has been pushed to "master":

It will be available in 7.5.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
