Add dark mode to new Help CSS (default.css)

- respect user browser choice.

Valid feature request, confirming, NEW
Would be great to use https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@media/prefers-color-scheme and have a switcher at the top (can also be seen on linked website) to allow switching for users.

I wouldn't want to switch the theme manually but expect it to follow the system.

According the feature requirements aka wiki:

CSS for branding
This easy hack will enhance or define new CSS entries to achieve a visual effect that is aligned with TDF branding of LibreOffice or to other LibreOffice derived products.

So we should take the colors used in LibreOffice into the CSS.
