When was the decision made to no longer take Collabora related bugs on the LibreOffice bugzilla instance ?

Still there in:

CPU threads: 8; OS: Mac OS X 12.4; UI render: default; VCL: osx

Instead of just closing Collabora Productivity specific bugs as NOTOURBUG, it would be better to indicate when the policy change of no longer taking them here occurred - I don't recall seeing anything decided in this regard by the Board, or the ESC?

Could someone please point out where and when that was decided ?

Seems that the policy decision was made implicitly anyway.
