Description:
If there are lots of templates in LibreOffice, we will get very poor performance, we may need to improve loading performance using cache or something else like this.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put lots of templates in LibreOffice
2. Restart LibreOffice
3. Open Template Manager

Actual Results:
Poor performance

Expected Results:
Load fast

How many templates do you have there? Over hundreds? I need some number for confirming

It is about 300~400 templates.
