Description:
When giving Libre Calc Cell Allignment/Text Orientation (45 degree, etc) and when try to 'All Border' after changing text orientation, the Border line give weird slanted line rather than Vertical and Horizontal line.

Actual Results:
Misalligned Border in Calc as Slanted Line

Expected Results:
Normal Border in Calc as Horizontal and Vertical

Just found out that this happens only in .xls format and in .ods format its working fine.

The problem is that when applying Text Orientation like 45 degree, it applies to not only the text but the border line itself and this gives a result of slanted line when making cell ALL BORDER instead of Vertical and Horizontal line
