Example file from Excel 2013

Attached file is a modified version of attachment #161078 [details] – with the option Show leader lines turned off in Excel.
Calc imports this file with leader lines turned on, just like in attachment #161078 [details] where it is in fact turned on.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file

Actual results:
Leader lines are shown.

Expected results:
Leader lines should be turned off.

It has been pushed to "master":

tdf#134563 Add UNO API for custom leader lines

It will be available in 7.1.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
