Even the blue color that indicates suggestion is hard to see with dark theme. I've changed Tools => Options => LibreOffice => Personalisation => Dark Theme Tools => Options => LibreOffice => Application Color => Application Background but culdn't reproduce. Have you changed other settings to dark? In "Tools_=>_Options_=>_LibreOffice_=>_Personalisation" I have "Default_look,_do_not_use_Themes", and on my system I use Manjaro KDE with dark breeze theme.
