In draw an grid configure section could be useful in the page sidebar. (In reply to andreas_k from comment #0) > There are two sections, the Format and Styles section It's called "content panel" and allows to show content from different contexts. See also https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Design/Guidelines/SideBar > - In draw/impress there is Insert Image which could be also there in writer > (watermark) Don't think we should aim for consistency over module's sidebars. The insert image function is easy to reach and not crucial in Writer. > draw/impress > ============ > - Width and Height stuff is missing, but can be useful at least for draw > where you can have special print sizes. No further input, so let's resolve as WFM. "Consistency" of sidebars across modules is not necessary. |
Created attachment 157279 [details] left: writer right: draw If you have a look at the page Sidebar they are different between writer, (calc), and impress/draw. writer ======= There are two sections the Format and Styles section (in addition there is Header and Footer section) - In draw/impress there is Insert Image which could be also there in writer (watermark) draw/impress ============ There is only one Page section. - Width and Height stuff is missing, but can be useful at least for draw where you can have special print sizes. I would recommend to add the two entries - for consistency I would recommend to have in draw/impress also an Styles section with - Background - Insert Image - Master Page calc ==== there is no page sidebar
