Maximizing the viewing space is a big thing for all users in any application. These days, almost all application give us the option to hide "Title bar" then Why not in LibreOffice too.

Support for "Client side Decoration", that's it. 
Its Bugzilla is for feature request and to report bugs. ?
 Why are u bypassing this issue?

See rational for => WF in duplicate bz issue. In short, it is OS/DE dependent and little incentive to do the needed work "cross platform" as would be necessary to introduce to core function.
