No, bug 92619 is bug about link between paragraph style "List 1" with list style "List 1", but this bug about link between Autocorrect created list with default or appropriate list style Created attachment 150568 [details]
How it's looks in 6.3 now
You can use signs "-" and "*" for create bullet list by AutoCorrect.
If you create any from that bullet list then you can see that selectes bullet style "Bullet -" for both. But it's wrong selecting (see screenshot from attach)
