Telesto, aren't these bugs already covered by the Mouse-Cursor meta bug?

BTW I think that the meta alias means "mouse plus (text) cursor" issues meta bug, therefore it's also a text cursor meta bug like this meta.

If bug 108430 is also supposed to be about text cursor issues, then it should be renamed to reflect this fact. I see in its dep tree that it does have text issues, so it is currently just another highly confusing meta bug.

Then we will use this meta bug for text cursor bugs and the other one for mouse cursor bugs.
