Created attachment 137566 [details] LO displays the Manage Changes window on a new document If LO was closed with opened Manage Changes window, after opening it LO displays Manage Changes window even for new document. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open LibreOffice Writer. 2. Open the Manage Changes window. (Don't need Record Track Changes.) 3. Exit from LibreOffice program without closing the Manage Changes window. 4. Open Libreoffice Writer with a new document. Actual results: LO displays the Manage Changes window. Expected results: LO should not save the open state of the Manage Changes window.
