minimal file causing the bug
A minimal file with lines "1" and "2" and a textbox "A" in between. Since "no wrap" is specified, there should be no empty line underneath the textbox.

Screenshots of LO and MSO:
Current master (both Windows build and Linux build) creates an empty line underneath the textbox.
Office 2013 shows no empty line.
Serge Krot committed a patch related to this issue. The patch should be included in the daily builds available at http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours.
