This is something I'd like to have as a tab in our statistics page here:
https://stats.documentfoundation.org/downloads
We don't have stats by language packs but by countries in Matomo. I 
don't know if we have stats from the mirrors, but at least by country 
would be great.
I'll ask Guilhem if it's feasible and will let the team know. Otherwise, 
I'll try to retrieve them from Matomo.
