Connecting through a client

If you have an IRC client (for example: Bersirc) and you want to access the IRC chat through it use the following credential:

Server: chat.freenode.net

Channel: #libreoffice

Note: mibbit.com is not supported. 

Online Chat

If you don't want to use an offline client, you can use the chat below, powered by webchat.freenode.net. Just choose a nickname, complete the Captcha and you're connected!

Other Channels

There are other IRC channels reserved for LibreOffice. If you want to connect to them just go to the "Status" and type "/join channelname" replacing channelname with the name of the channel you need. Some of these channels are:

  • #tdf-infra: Related to all TDF-hosted websites and infrastructures
