1. Create New Document.
2. Create a custom paragraph style which inserts a page break before.
3. Insert a table into document.
4. After the table apply custom paragraph style.
5. Cannot enter text between table and page break.

Hitting return in the last cell of the table just enters another paragraph.

Oh, very well.  It's not intuitive though.
