It's about the icons in the top-left corner (menu, open, save...) with the issue being vertically top aligned instead of middle. This is a common problem with almost all versions since the introduction of the Notebookbar. It would be nice to address this issue in LibreOffice 7.0 in order to have a good first impression. Szymon Kłos committed a patch related to this issue.
