This seems like a valid enhancement request. In Excel, clicking the values will copy them to the clipboard. Let's hear the UX team. +1 Clicking on a single value requires some logic to copy only this data point. If we copy the whole string it could be an easy hack. And rather using a context menu. Excel (here on macOS) splits the summary into different panels, which makes it easy to copy just one value. Shouldn't be too hard.
