If you will correkt the sheet the addition with a new Line shows #WERT! if you dublikate the addition Line before.

#WERT! is for #VALUE! in English locale.

Please share a step by step description, with formula included.
Better with a shared .ods file.

@Wolfgang: please explain step-by-step how this occurs.

The title of your report mentions "Numbers". 

Do you mean that you started from a macOS Numbers sheet, and opened that Numbers file in LO Calc, and then added the extra lines ?

Please explain, and provide a test file with sample data and reproducible steps.
