Description:
Add opportunity to delete all manual inserted Page breaks in Calc for one time

Now I can delete only every Row or Column Page breaks one by one and should select cell every time.
I want have an opportunity to delete all those Page breakes for one time using menu like Sheet>Delete Page Brake>All Page breaks.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Instert some Page Breaks in Calc spreadsheet using menu Sheet>Insert Page break
2. Try delete it all for one time (I couldn't)


Actual Results:
I can't delete all manual inserted Page breaks for one time

Expected Results:
I can delete all manual inserted Page breaks for one time

Would expect that the Delete Page Break function depends on the selection rather the actual row (or column). Meaning if one of the selected rows (actually cells) contains a page break it becomes enabled. And applies to all selected, of course. Consequently one has just to select all in order to delete all page breaks.
