Description:
Conditional formatting with a pattern when opened in LO is missing its pattern/recolors the background when opened in LO.

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Create a new xlsx in Excel.
    2. Create a conditional formatting rule with a background and pattern.
    3. Save it and open it in LO.
    4. Notice the differences.

Actual Results:
Depending on the pattern its either the background gets recolored or the pattern goes missing.

Expected Results:
The pattern and the background should stay the same.

root cause is cells background doesn't support patterns...

Thought about duping, but maybe depends on 31205 is enough.
