Could you describe the process in some more detail?

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

Hi Buovjaga,

when working with big lists one sometimes has to deal with more than one conditional format. It is very anoying to always delete one you temporary dont need an redefine it some time later. I suggest a better basic conditional formating "management" with pausing / activate some settings (see attaches image) and for example the abiity to save conditional formatting definitions somewhere to disk.

Dunno, sounds more like a job for an extension. Pinging design guys.

Good idea, in my opinion.

Scenario
[x] Cell value is <less or equal to 2> apply <yellow highlighting>
[ ] Cell value is <greater or equal to 2> apply <red highlighting>

The checkbox is easy to understand and shouldn't be too difficult to implement.
